Profile

Coaching Achievements:
Over 18 years coaching experience, ages from 7 to 80, in Snooker and Billiards. I ran snooker enrichment lessons with local secondary schools for nearly five years. I started playing just before I was 15 years old.

Reasons to Coach:
Apart from my enjoyment in helping people to improve, my two sons who are 7 and 10 years old have gave me the hunger, inspiration to get back into coaching, to give kids a break from digital services, games consoles, streets, etc, and set up a junior academy as well as one on one coaching and adult coaching sessions.

Where I coach:
I am truly spoilt with my coaching facilities as I have my own private room with two match template set up tables at Greenbaize Ltd at Thornaby in Teesside. See photos on Greenbaize Ltd Facebook page.

Playing Achievements:
Former two times English Amateur Billiard Champion. England ranked No. 1 player for 3 years running playing for England before turning professional.
Won over 30+ National circuit Billiards titles.
Won over 100+ local league titles in Snooker and Billiards.
World Open Billiards Championship runner up in 1999.
Turned professional at Billiards in Nov 1999.

I stopped playing in July 2008 when ranked No. 10 in the world due to lack of playing opportunity and for a new job career and started a family.
I’ve been very lucky to go all around the world with the game in tournaments.
