Bio

Fraser Patrick is a two-time Scottish national champion who most recently qualified for the World Snooker Tour by coming through Q School Event 2 in May 2019.

The Glaswegian first turned professional at the start of the 2007/8 season following his first national title, most notably winning four matches during the round robin stages of the Grand Prix before he was relegated at the end of the season.

Following near-misses at Q School in both 2011 and 2012, Patrick successfully regained his main tour card in 2013 following a 4-3 victory against Ashley Carty in that year’s third Q School competition. Although he was unable to break into the top 64 following the end of his initial two years, he was able to retain his tour place by virtue of his position on that season’s European Order of Merit.

Patrick has reached the last 32 of a ranking event on four occasions, most notably at the 2014 UK Championship where he also made the tournament high break of 139.
