Bio

Leicester’s Louis Heathcote turned professional in 2019 by successfully coming through Q School Event 2 in Wigan.

His best ranking event finish to date came at the 2019 English Open where he defeated Jordan Brown and Adam Stefanow to reach the last 32 before losing to Mark Allen.

He scored one of the best wins of his career at the 2020 World Championship qualifiers, defeating two-time former world finalist Ali Carter 6-3, before losing 10-5 to Alan McManus in the final qualifying round.

In 2015 Heathcote reached the final of the EBSA European Under-21 Championship, losing 6-3 to Darryl Hill.
