Bio

England’s Sean O’Sullivan regained his place on the World Snooker Tour via the WPBSA Q Tour Rankings in 2022 following a three-year absence from the professional circuit.

A professional from 2012-2014 and 2015-2019, O’Sullivan’s best result to date came at the 2016 Scottish Open when he reached the last 16.

Victory at the third event of the 2021/22 WPBSA Q Tour series against Julien Leclercq helped to ensure that he would finish the season ranked in second place. With top placed Si Jiahui already guaranteed his professional place following his victory at the 2022 WSF Championship, O’Sullivan claimed the automatic tour card via Q Tour to secure his pro return.
