Robbie McGuigan won the 2024 EBSA European Championship title to earn a two-year World Snooker Tour card for the first time.
McGuigan is one of Northern Ireland’s finest prospects and lifted the Northern Ireland Amateur Championship title on three occasions while still a teenager.
He received a number of wildcards to World Snooker Tour events prior to turning professional, making his debut as a 15-year-old at the 2019 Northern Ireland Open, and notably defeating veteran fellow countryman Fergal O’Brien at the 2023 UK Championship.
From County Antrim, McGuigan regularly practices with fellow Northern Irish professionals Mark Allen and Jordan Brown.
