Mike has been playing snooker and billiards since 1978.
He has spent 2005-2013 living and coaching in Portugal, and now continues to offer his services back in his native Bristol again.
He believes in getting the basics right as a priority, and has seen the benefits of rapid development in many pupils as a direct result.
Making practice fun is such an important feature of a modern coach in any sport, and providing evidence of how and why particular techniques work is a key to helping players believe in and understand their game.
Both groups and individual lessons are possible.
