India’s Ishpreet Singh Chadha is a former ranking event semi-finalist who reached a career high ranking of 68th in September 2024.

Chadha’s breakthrough run came early in his second season on tour at the 2024 English Open. He overcame Simon Blackwell, Graeme Dott, Jak Jones, Hossein Vafaei, He Guoqiang and Mark Selby to reach the semi-finals before losing to Wu Yize in the last four.

He won six matches at the 2023 Asia-Oceania Q School to earn a tour card, including against Hon Man Chau in the final round to secure his place on the World Snooker Tour from the start of the 2023/24 season.

Chadha’s maiden season on the tour saw impressive victories over Stuart Bingham, Anthony McGill and reigning world champion Luca Brecel as he recorded Last 32 runs in both the British Open and German Masters.
