The final field for the Cazoo Players Championship will be decided this week as the BetVictor Welsh Open is contested at Newport’s Celtic Manor for the first time.

At the start of the tournament, a further 14 players require at least the semi-finals, 27 players the final and the remaining players the title.
It is also possible to forecast the provisional positions of players in the knockout draw for the Players Championship, which will be determined by the final positions of each player on the one-year ranking list following the Welsh Open.
