Coaching Level: Level 2 – 1st4Sport
Coaching Licence: Snooker: Adults Coach
I qualified as an EASB snooker coach in 1998 for a period of six years. Within that time, I coached individuals at numerous venues to gain experience and coach a variety of people, young and old.
In 2009, I was one of six candidates to qualify for the EASB Coaching Assessors Day with Mark Hird and Dell Hill. Once complete, we would have the tools and expertise to assess new coaches. It was full of impact and great to see that the EASB where establishing themselves and looking ahead to the future of the game. Unfortunately, for whatever reason, this did not get established and so the scheme folded.
In 2018, and after a brief pause in my snooker coaching progression due to family and work commitments. I qualified as a WPBSA snooker coach. Now I’m busy processing my assessment for 1st4sport Level 2 qualification, watch this space!
