The Grenville is a private members’ snooker club.
The club consists of three well-maintained and heated snooker tables, a bar serving real ale and lounge area with dartboard.
The Grenville snooker club is run by a committee of volunteers. It needs to cover costs to survive but any profits are held for subsequent re-investment in the club for the benefit of members.
It is expected that members will treat the club as if it were their own and on that basis members are provided access to play snooker when the bar is not staffed. The club has been the subject of a number of improvements but still retains a traditional feel.
