China’s Tian Pengfei is a four-time ranking event quarter-finalist who attained a career-high ranking to date of 45 in 2016.
Having spent two seasons as a professional from 2006, Tian successfully came through Q School in 2011 to regain his main tour place.
He reached his third ranking event quarter-final at the 2017 Northern Ireland Open, a run that he has since matched at the 2018 European Masters, 2019 Gibraltar Open and 2019 English Open.
In 2019 Tian qualified for the televised stages of the World Championship at the Crucible for the first time, losing 10-9 to Stephen Maguire.
He previously reached the final of the Ruhr Open, a minor ranking event which formed part of the European Tour in 2015, losing 4-2 to Rory McLeod.
