It’s the second maximum of the Essex cueman’s career, following one he made at the 2024 World Open in Yushan.
It is the 14th perfect break this season, remarkably leaving the tally just one behind the record of 15. There have now been 231 official 147s in the history of professional snooker.
Surety is now in position to split the £5,000 high break prize with Gary Wilson, who made a 147 in qualifying.
