The World Professional Billiards and Snooker Association (WPBSA) hosted its latest annual coaching seminar on Friday 26th April at the Betfred World Championship in Sheffield.

The evening was led by six-time world champion Steve Davis, who took questions from the floor about a wide variety of subjects including his own career and the technical changes that he made to his game across the years.

There was also a demonstration of the new ‘Snooker 19’ videogame which launched earlier this month, by Game Director Justin Forest of Lab42. The discussion centred around the potential use of the game and its technology as a coaching aid in the field.

Also speaking were American snooker coach Joseph Mejia and WPBSA Coaching Consultant Chris Lovell.
